Sharon Teraji

“The journey of a thousand miles must start with a single step.” – Lao Tzu

I was born and raised in Monterey County, but Hollister, CA was always my home away from home. The first step of my own “journey of a thousand miles” was when my husband joined the U.S. Air Force. We moved to New Jersey, where I worked for a CPA doing taxes and books for small businesses while pursuing my degree. Shortly after I obtained my Bachelor’s in Accounting, we moved to the beautiful Rhineland-Pfalz in Germany. I spent my time there working as a barista, traveling all over Europe, and eventually becoming a mom. The next step of our journey brought us to Okinawa, Japan, where I jumped back into accounting as a full charge bookkeeper for a wonderful non-profit organization. After enjoying the island life and becoming a mom for the second time, our journey finally brought us home to our beloved Golden State, currently residing in Solano County. I have loved living abroad, but I am so excited to be able to serve clients from my own local area. I am looking forward to building my skills and knowledge with the TD team, and supporting our clients through all their tax and accounting adventures!

My favorite activities are spending time with my sweet kids, reading (don’t ask me to pick a favorite book!), practicing yoga, and drinking delicious coffee all day long.
